Flex Forma is a US-based brand that makes high-quality, multipurpose neck gaiters designed for comfort, durability, and everyday use. Their products are popular among people who work outdoors, ride bikes, hike, or just want a lightweight face and neck cover. The designs range from patriotic styles to camo and bold colors—giving customers both protection and personality.

Problem


When Flex Forma came to us, they had great products—but their Amazon performance was not that much good. Sales were inconsistent, traffic was low, and it was clear something was off. One of the biggest issues was the product listing itself. The images didn’t really highlight the features of the gaiters or show how they could be used in real life. The listings felt plain and didn’t give shoppers a good reason to choose Flex Forma over competitors.

When we started working with them at first, we redesigned the listing images. So that we can clearly show off the product’s quality and versatility. We added lifestyle photos that showed the gaiters in real-life situations—being used on a job site, during a bike ride, or on a hiking trail.
We also included close-ups of the fabric and packaging so shoppers knew exactly what they were getting. These visual changes helped boost click-through rates (CTR) and made the listings feel much more professional and trustworthy.
Next, we rewrote the product titles and bullet points with better SEO and stronger messaging. Instead of generic phrases, we used copy that focused on the product’s uses, comfort, and durability. The new content gave people a reason to stop, read, and consider buying.
But the biggest change came in the ad strategy. We paused all the ineffective campaigns and rebuilt them from the ground up. This included launching new Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand ads with clear goals and keyword targeting. We also tracked performance closely and made weekly adjustments to make sure every dollar spent was working harder. This helped lower wasted ad spend and bring in better results.

In just two months, Flex Forma saw a major transformation. Sales went up by over 200%, proving that the product had strong potential once it was properly marketed. Their ACOS dropped from 70% to just 22%, which meant they were finally making a healthy profit from their ads.
